Cookie Monster
Ingredients
  • Speedy Cookie
  • Marshmallow
  • 4 tbsp Mascarpone 
  • Chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp of sugar 

Method

  1. Mix the sugar with the mascarpone 
  2. Place the mixture in the bottom on the cup
  3. Crash the speedy cookies to create the second layer
  4. Spread the mascarpone on top 
  5. To create the eyes use chocolate chips and marshmallow
