Cookies and Cream Smoothie

  • 1/2 frozen banana¬†
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt or plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk of choice (I used whole)
  • 10 Mylko biscuits


  1. In a blender, combine bananas, yogurt, and milk.
  2. Crush the Mylko biscuits in a sealed, thick plastic baggie.
  3. Mix 3/4 of the crushed biscuits into the smoothie
  4. Top with whipped cream or topping (optional), then sprinkle the remaining biscuit crumbs on top.
