Cookies and Cream Smoothie
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt or plain yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk of choice (I used whole)
- 10 Mylko biscuits
- In a blender, combine bananas, yogurt, and milk.
- Crush the Mylko biscuits in a sealed, thick plastic baggie.
- Mix 3/4 of the crushed biscuits into the smoothie
- Top with whipped cream or topping (optional), then sprinkle the remaining biscuit crumbs on top.
