Cookies and Cream Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 frozen banana 

1 cup vanilla yogurt or plain yogurt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup milk of choice (I used whole)

10 Mylko biscuits

Method

In a blender, combine bananas, yogurt, and milk.

Crush the Mylko biscuits in a sealed, thick plastic baggie.

Mix 3/4 of the crushed biscuits into the smoothie

Top with whipped cream or topping (optional), then sprinkle the remaining biscuit crumbs on top.
