Ingredients

• 1 cup of milk
• 1 cup of coconut cream (or coconut flavouring)
• 1 ½ cup of heavy cream
• 2 bags of Coconut Cookies
  

Method

1. Mix the milk and coconut cream in a mixer or blender.
2. Add them to the heavy cream and stir. 
3. Put in a container, freeze.
4. Add Coconut Cookies on top.
