- 10 Digestive Gold biscuits
- 125 grms of melted butter
- 375 grms of cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. vanilla essence
- ½ cup of lemon
- Mixture 1 = crush the Digestive Gold biscuits and add the melted butter.
- Pour into a pan and refrigerate.
- Mixture 2 = keep mixing and adding the cream cheese, vanilla and lemon.
- Put mixture 2 on top of mixture 1 and refrigerate.
Decorate with your favorite toppings and you’re done!
