No-Bake Cheesecake


10 Digestive Gold biscuits
125 grms of melted butter
375 grms of cream cheese
2 tbsp. vanilla essence
½ cup of lemon


Mixture 1 = crush the Digestive Gold biscuits and add the melted butter.
Pour into a pan and refrigerate.
Mixture 2 = keep mixing and adding the cream cheese, vanilla and lemon.
Put mixture 2 on top of mixture 1 and refrigerate.

Decorate with your favorite toppings and you’re done!
