Ingredients

• ½ cup Fresh Lemon Juice 
• ½ cup Simple Syrup
• 2 cups Water
• Lemon Slices, for garnish (optional)
• Speedy Cookies
  

Method

1. Stir together the lemon juice, simple syrup, and water until fully incorporated.
2. Insert lemon slices and Speedy Cookies into molds if using, then add the lemonade mixture to fill each mold.
3. Freeze for at least four hours.
